[Pkg-xfce-devel] svn vs archive

Hello

there are some packages - mostly plugins - which are in svn but not uploaded
to the archives yet.
What are the procedures for testing them, or the criteria which need to be
satisfied so they can be uploaded?
Also xfce4-terminal has an updated revision since november in svn, but it's
not in unstable.
