Yeah but there's a huge difference between "lots of the stuff needs
uploaded now" and "in general we should upload as soon as we make any
change".

I intend to have a look at some of the goodies at some point.  If people
want to spend the time to fixup lintian/linda errors that would help me.

Right, that's a special case too.  Just updating the Standards version
is the one I'm not especially bothered about in this instance.
