This works fine against 4.0 too on my laptop.

It needs a libtool update though.

Either we patch the source with your magical patch system (which will
get messy to do every time) or we can build-depend on libtool,
automake1.8, autoconf and then put:
	DEB_AUTO_UPDATE_LIBTOOL :=3D pre
	DEB_AUTO_UPDATE_ACLOCAL :=3D 1.8
	DEB_AUTO_UPDATE_AUTOCONF :=3D yes
in the rules file.

All the goodies will want to do this if the ltmain.sh is old and doesn't
use pass_all for all linux archs.

I'll apply this if you think it's ok.
