Sure but I'm talking about the binary name.
You go onto #xfce and they'll say "run Terminal" not "run
xfce4-terminal".

People use GNUstep?!?! ;)
xfce4-terminal is an extra for xfce4. It's not part of the core, we
won't make xfce4 depend on it (though we might Suggest it) so I don't
really see the problem.

That's fine though. They're allowed to not take things on board but
this leaves us this problem.
I think we should conflict and use Terminal (as well as xfce4-terminal
if you like).
