[Pkg-xfce-devel] compositing

In the package currently in our svn, I've added dependencies and
configure option to build xfwm4 with compositing enabled. It works fine
here, and by default, xfwm disable compositing if system is too slow (or
if there is no acceleration, and thus 3D system is slow). It can be
explicitely deactivated at runtime using xfwm4 --compositor=off

I think it's a good default, because people begin to ask it. I don't
know if we should build two packages (xfwm4-compositor and xfwm4), maybe
it's too much overwork because of runtime switch.
