[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#382107: xfwm4: closed maximized windows start up with minimized window at maximum size

if one should maximize some applications (for example totem and sol),
then close the window, when the application is opened the next time the
window is maximized, however, clicking the maximize/minimize topbar 
button just redraws the window.  it will not resize the app to the
previous minimize state before the window was closed.

for consistancy, the window manager should be able to recover the
minimized size even if the application had been closed since the last
time it was minimized.
