Package: xfce4-mcs-manager
Version: 4.3.99.2-1

the file ~/.config/xfce4-session/xfce4-session.rc needs:
SaveOnExit=true
AutoSave=true

If only "AutoSave" or "SaveOnExit" is set "true", then the setting that
XFCE controls the desktop is forgotten.
