the grabable portion of the scrollbar is hard to see with the default
xfce theme -- especially if there is a lot of text (and thus the bar is
small).  i recommend that the yellow currently used to highlight the
active window on the taskbar be used at all times on the grabable part
of the scrollbar.  the current behavior is that the bar becomes yellow
once selected.  i think yellow on the time would enhance usability.
