[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#341340: #341340: xfce4-terminal: request for option to start with tabs enabled

looks like the latest version of xfce4-terminal will expand upward when 
a new tab is opened and the bottom of the window will be off the screen.  
this is good, and a good step toward repairing this bug.

however, when one closes all but the last tab, the window will be 
contracted upward.  it would be better for the window to be contracted 
downward (since it is the opposite of what happened when the window 
expanded upward).

either that or create an option to always start xfce4-terminal with the 
tab bar already drawn (rather than waiting for the user to start a new 
tab and do fancy window trickery).
