yes, we know. xfce4 is currently in transition from Xfce 4.3.90.1
(4.4Beta1) to Xfce 4.3.90.2 (4.4Beta2). This involves a libxfce4util
transition, with a complete rebuild, and not every package have been
uploaded.

Thus the situation is currently unstable on unstable.
