well the current name does not reflect the current soname. When I meant we
can stay
like this I meant no need to split. But the pkg name should be vfs-1-2 now
since soneme
is 2.
the split and the soname in pkg name are two related but independent issues
:)



By the way, even with soname bumping we need the shlibs file in order to
> ensure versionned dependancy, if between different *package* versions we
> change some things.
