[Pkg-xfce-devel] -dev packages arch: all instead of arch: any?

You are right that they could be Architecture: all but they won't make
the builds faster.  The -dev packages depend (rightly) on the built
libraries which are obviously not architecture independent so you'd
still need to have those built first.

I'm afraid the only answer for archs other than amd64/hppa/ia64/s390 is
patience right now.
