To gtk-qt-engine maintainer: I forward this bug because I guess your
package creates the faulty file. Feel free to ask precisions about this.

If this bug still happens, it lies in gtk-qt-engine, which shouldn't
statically create a ~/.gtkrc-2.0. I have heard that it may have been
fixed upstream (kde creating a .gtkrc-2.O.kde or something like that),
but I don't really know.
