The desktop now runs (i.e. icons appear and work.)

I just noticed that xfce4-menu-plugin doesn't work neither. (I first thought it
was handled by `xfdesktop` too, but this one now runs, and the menu plugin not.)

I suppose it's not needed, since with LANG=C it works. (I suppose it's a l10n
problem, am I right?)

(I've only removed menu, to see if the plugin worked that way, but nope. I've
also tried adding LANG=C to /usr/lib/xfce4/panel-plugins/xfce4-menu-plugin, but
didn't work.)

Maybe you have a slight idea of what's happening here now (with the LANG=C
"fix")... ;-)
