I have a mixed testing/unstable system, and have expected to install
all the plugin packages from unstable by upgrading to xfce4-goodies
from unstable.  This did not happen, as xfce4-goodies package does
not version-depend on the featureset it provides.

IMHO, the Dependencies for xfce4-goodies metapackage should be
consistent with the "base" xfce4 metapackage and most other
metapackage, and enable the user to upgrade all the extra plugins
just by upgrading xfce4-goodies.

Basically, I think it follows the principle of least surprise that if
I install xfce4-goodies=4.4.2, all the goodies that I get on the
system will actually be the versions from XFCE 4.4.2.

Upgrading xfce4-goodies from 4.3.99.2.1 to 4.4.2 does pretty much
nothing at present.
