Yes, and this choice is also the choice to let users browse through over
*84* themes.  This is actually not user-friendly in my point of view.

So why not let aptitude be the tool that installs more (by Recommending
the package), and let apt-get be the tool that makes clean installations
:)

I guess you get my point of view.  Now who else then Simon wants to
balance this discussion?
