[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#424609: RM: dbh -- RoM; unused

We requested that xffm4 be removed as it's been superseded in Xfce by
thunar and xfcalendar (superseded by orage) but didn't ask for dbh to go
too yet.

dbh was only used by them, is no longer required and we no longer wish
to maintain it in Debian.

Please remove it from unstable.
