[Pkg-xfce-devel] xfdesktop and thunar splits

Ok, as per http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=379814 and a
bit more tweaking I've split out the architecture independent files to
an Arch all package for thunar and for xfdesktop4.

I think this is probably the way forwards - seems silly having lots of
files which are always the same on every arch duplicated on the mirrors.

I'd appreciate testers and comments.

I'd like to upload them to experimental at some point to get the
-data packages through NEW and then to unstable.
