Yes, but exo-eject is part of a package which contains many other things,
and which is in fact an essential requisite if you want to run Xfce (even
if you want the bare minimum of Xfce).

Recommends would fit well, since it means eject would be dragged in unless
the user explicitly wanted not to.

I'm using Xfce on an OLPC; the root filesystem is on a 1 GiB card;  I'm
really pressed for space, and don't even have a CD drive.
