FYI, I had the same problem with 'xfce4-session' this morning on a newly built machine. The upgrade from 4.4.2-3 to 4.4.2-5 caused XFCE to freeze while trying to load, and downgrading to 4.4.2-3 fixed the problem. HTH, Dave Witbrodt
