[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#529211: xfce4: drag'n'drop files to starter panel plugin doesn't work

It's simply not possible to drag'n'drop files from thunar to the
list of programs in the starter panel plugin.
With the previous version of xfce4 it worked well.

I get no error messages, it simply doesn't work.
