[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#549650: xfce4-power-manager: FTBFS twice in a row

Running debuild -uc -us twice gives the following error:

xfpm-settings.c:41:41: error: interfaces/xfpm-settings_ui.h: No such file or
directory

which is due to data/interfaces/xfpm-settings_ui.h deleted while cleaning but
not recreated at build time.
Since the file states it's automatically generated from xfpm-settings.ui, it 
should be created at every build and not just left there while cleaning, 
otherwise changes to the latter file would not apply.
I also suspect there's a problem with object files in libxfpm/.libs/ as
dh_clean doesn't remove them
