[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#545256: thunar: cannot mount USB flash drive, with generic and therefore useless error

Thunar has just started (recent update, I'm thinking?) failing to mount
a USB flash drive. It's not a drive/system problem, since I can mount it
fine with "pmount /dev/sda" and then access it in Thunar. I get this
error message, which doesn't mean anything to me:

        Failed to mount "USB Disk".
        org.freedesktop.hal.storage.mount-removable no <-- (action,
        result).
        
There were no errors on the terminal, and I couldn't find any errors in
the system logs (but maybe I'm not looking in the right places). The
drive is a 256 MB Fujifilm formatted with FAT32 and no partition table.
Thunar was mounting it fine a day or two ago.

I'm not sure whether this should be an important or a normal bug, since
I'm not sure if something about my system or this particular drive is
triggering it or if it would happen on any hardware.
