[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#637197: [xfce4-session] README.debian point to wrong file location

In the README.Debian, managing shutdown section is mentioned
the /usr/sbin/xfsm-shutdown-helper file, which is now
in /usr/lib/xfce4/session/xfsm-shutdown-helper
