[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#610746: Bug#610746: xfce4-session crashes at startup after today's apt update

I edited ~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-session.xml
and removed the section of the splash property.  I had chosen the Balou
splash which caused the problem.  I now have my Xfce4 desktop back.

Now that I've confirmed what caused it, is a gdb backtrace still needed?
