[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#646981: missing xfwm4 session triggers panel setting loss

I did some more testing here and think the setting loss for my panel may
be related to a lack of running xfwm4 at end of session.

I can now reliably reproduce the panel settings disappearing if I do the
following:

1) Configure panel through normal panel config dialogue
2) Change the restart behavior for xfwm4 to "Never" in the xfce session
config
3) Kill xfwm4
4) Save session in xfce session config
5) Log out

I've attached a minimal config that works fine and persists through
controlled log-in/out cycles but is mangled after step #5 above. I am
also attaching the mangled config file so you can see what is happening
to the file.
