Then what makes you think it's xfce4-netload-plugin? It doesn't look
even remotely related, from what I can see in this bug report. That
looks more like an issue in the kernel, although it'd require a kernel
log for that.

I think I'll just reassign unless you provide more information involving
xfce4-netload-plugin.
