I attach 3 files:
kernel.log - dmesg kernel boot log
kernel_panic_1.log  - I log in runlevel 1, then to runlevel 2 (as you can see there is nothing about lightdm-gtk-greeter :))
kernel_panic_2.log - I log in X (with Option "Shadow" "1"), then change Option "Shadow" to "0", logout and recieve kernel panic (You can see something about lightdm-gtk-greeter)

So, You are right. It looks like a kernel bug.
