[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#694765: xfdesktop4: Cannot copy & paste to and from the desktop

Dear Maintainer,

If one wants to copy or paste a file to/from the xfce desktop 
(whether it's using a right-click with the mouse or by keys like 
Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V) to/from another location opened on a file manager like Thunar, 
this process is not supported at all.

As a workaround, one must copy/paste using solely the file manager.

This can be annoying for many new adopters of xfce. Fortunately, the fix 
appears to be released:

Furthermore, there's a report of someone successfully applying the patch 
agains xfdesktop 4.8.

Please, consider fixing this bug before the release of wheezy.
