Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

Completely removing the package from Synaptic.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

I removed the package using Synapctic.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

The package was removed but it left a file under my user's home (~/.config/squeeze/squeezerc).

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

Any related file is removed.
