[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#704061: xfwm4: can not disable mouse wheel to switch workspaces

I mouse wheel on an empty space of the desktop.

It is still possible to change the setting with
Settings -> Window Manager Tweaks -> Workspaces -> "Use the mouse wheel
on the desktop to switch workspaces".
But there is no effect if i right-click on the workspace switcher, click
properties and select/deselect "Switch workspaces using the mouse wheel".
