[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#770853: [xfce4-notes] Loses the sticky-window property

Dear maintainer,

To reproduce this bug please do the following steps:

1. Open a xfce4-note.
2. Switch on the sticky window property.
3. Switch to another work area.

After the third step, the xfce4-note has moved to the new work area with the
sticky window property switched off.
