Sure, but it still installs mostly all translations.

Not in the base system, since the base system doesn't have X. But in all
graphical tasks where it makes sense, yes (it doesn't make sense for KDE
yet for instance, since qt is still completely inaccessible).

Yes, and that's something that people can usually work around. Here,
they can't.

I am here talking *only* about installed size, precisely.  I'm
not asking for always starting Orca.  I'm asking for making it
available, ready to be enabled, I'm not asking for it to be enabled by
default. That won't consume any memory or CPU time, just a few dozen
MiB more (which is roughly indistinguishable from the usual release+1
increase in installed size).

As said above, that can't fit the base system, only the graphical tasks,
thus task-xfce-desktop at best. Reassigning it there for now.
