[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#795192: [mousepad] Significant dconf-service CPU wastage when more than one instance is running

Normally I have one instance of mousepad running maintaining a few open
text files (3 currently). When I start a new instance (normally on a
different desktop but for testing this problem still occurs on the
normal one), dconf-service suddenly starts wasting a quarter of a core,
running 'dbus-monitor' I see constant message spam, repeats of the
following two messages:
