[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#778483: xfce4: Screen tearing in XFCE

This is a fresh install from the official latest stable release debian
8.1 (jessie) 32 bit installer with xfce 4.10 on a toshiba satellite A100
with Intel Mobile 945GM/GMS/GME 943/940GML Express Integrated Graphics
Controller rev 03.
And exactly the same happens with testing (xfce 4.12) on the same machine.
