Hi,

xfwm4 since 4.11.1-1 cannot be build on hurd-i386, as it build depends
on libdrm-dev.

libdrm is not available on Hurd, as it relies on a DRM implementation.

Easy fix is to not (build) require libdrm-dev on Hurd, as it's optional;
patch attached.
