Package: xfce4
Version: 4.12
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
as you see above, this is only on the currently *experimental* version, not on 4.10 before. The rest on my
machine is apt-to-date unstable Unfortunately I can't find any errors in any logs, neither point the finger
on a certian package.
This is a systemd-based machine and my login/display manager is lightdm.
What does work right: When I lock my machine via xflock4, I get the graphical lightdm prompt. When I send the
machine to sleep now closing the lid and waking up again, I get the lightdm prompt, log in, and beautiful
xfce is back as it was.
If I close the lid without "manual" locking, waking it up and entering my password in lightdm, then blackness
awaits. No nothing. Though I can switch to text consoles no problem. So far my only resort is to restart
lightdm, i.e. X.
Any ideas?
Anything that I can provide?
cheers,
Thorsten
