     Upgrade from xfce4.10 to 4.12 in Debian Stretch

     ineffective)?

     I did not do anything special

   * What was the outcome of this action?

     xfce4.12 behaves exactly as 4.10 did

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

     xfce4.12 should have fixed the bug listed for 4.10
