Package: lightdm-gtk-greeter
Version: 2.0.2-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
I am the project lead of Ubuntu Budgie distro. We use lightdm-gtk-greeter for our login greeter and customise it ourselves via
a .conf file.
debian-base only seems to contain wallpaper that our users were not expecting.
Since it is a recommended package is an automatic install on the Canonical ISO build system.

Would it be possible to change debian-base from a Recommends: to a Suggests: in debian/control ?
