[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#851693: xfce4-clipman: xfce4-popup-clipman doesn't open with a hotkey

Dear Maintainer,

xfce4-popup-clipman doesn't open with a hotkey.
I have a shortcut assigned in keyboard settings.
When i run xfce4-popup-clipman from the terminal or via the app finder,
it opens as expected, but not with my hotkey.

This has been reported upstream, https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12868
but I think the issue is really downstream as explained in
Comment 6 (https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12868#c6)
