As I said, you should push your commits to a personal repository. Then,
just ask me to pull from it. No need to wait for me to pull it before
you upload the packages. I've set up some repositories with
sharedRepository set to group, but they didn't work until now.

Anyway, just sync your local repository to your home in alioth
(preferably into the public_git directory) and I will pull from it as
soon as you tell me so. I think this workflow will do for now.
