Those two bits are done and I've just pushed them. I've tested building
the package and it seemed OK. I took another look at the upstream
changes, mainly from 1.0 to 1.1 and, at first, I was a little concerned
about the API changes, but I think that most packages that use the new
GSASL_VERSION_* macros or the GSASL_QOP[S] properties will still run
fine with older library versions. Could you tell why jabberd2 depends on
a newer version? Depending on it, it may just be more appropriate to
bump shlibs.

I was pretty sure we also had prepared a symbols file already. Again,
I've been confused with the iksemel package and all those shlibs (only
two, in fact) commits in gsasl. But we may wait for this one and do it
for the next upload.

Well, besides the possible shlibs bump, I think it is OK to upload the
package as it is in git HEAD.

Regards,
Cascardo.
