Dear Maintainer,

This is a simple patch that enables the build this package to call
autoreconf scripts. With this change, the package could be built on
the new ppc64el architecture. This patch follows the instructions at:
https://wiki.debian.org/qa.debian.org/FTBFS#A2014-01-21_using_dh-autoreconf_during_the_build
