[Pkg-xmpp-devel] Make pkg-xmpp-devel mailing list moderated for non-subscribers?

Hi.

Looking at

I can see the pkg-xmpp-devel@ mailing list so filled with spam that it
is close to useless.

Please find a way to reduce the amount of spam making it to the list
subscribers.

I would recommend making the list moderated for non-subscribers, add a
few whitelist entries for the Debian admin emails, and use the listadmin
script to handle the moderation.  See
