 I have no clue why there's a different header in the zenplugins the in the
 rest of zenoss, but you should fix it - there's no GPL v. 2.1
 Either you want to put it under LGPL - there's a version 2.1, or GPL 2.

 please fix - it's not distributeable for Debian this way.
