I am interested in those different packaging;
Mathias and me have worked out a packaging that he is introducing in Ubuntu
and I may introduce in sarge (as soon as I have time to deeply test it)

I think you should upload zope-common and zope-debhelper in Debian
*now* : if they get accepted, the next zope2.7 that I will upload
will depend on them, and use them

Sarge's freeze  is like "calende greche" : it is always coming by the
end of the month .... in a different calendar

I dont think we should wait for after-sarge : the lack of zope-common
introduces a severe bug, by which , if you install zope and zope2.7=20
and then purge zope, you  lose the user and group 'zope', and zope2.7
stops working
