I can only speak for my Zope products, but I would be able to
upload all of them in about one week.  Perhaps this change would
enable us to sort out unmaintained Zope packages - which we have
to many of.  So if you ask me - just go for it.

You are right here in principle, but I think we have quite good
chances to handle this *if* zope-common works reliable.

Experimental will *never* be widely tested but we could try to
start testing it.
