Maybe, a "good thing to do" would be to have *all* zope and product
packages (Plone, CMF and so on) to be maintained by a team (aka Debian
Zope Team) with pkg-zope-developers@lists.alioth.debian.org as main
email address.

In this way would be easy to manage this type of changes.
