You can achieve this copying your product under /usr/share/zope/Products
and creating a /usr/share/zope/Product/CMFContentPanels/.dzproduct file.
Have a look at the other products' file to see the syntax.

I'm working on an easy way to handle this scenario (as well as non-root
usage of dzhandle), but I doubt I'll be able to complete it till
September.
