[Pkg-zope-developers] Bug#384877: fails to create a pcng tracker in Plone 2.5

Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable


Trying to create a pcng tracker in a newly installer plone-site, it fails with the following message:

I've tried installing 1.2.9 instead, and it worke fine.
